Customers can generate e-Token before reaching the branch, so avoiding waiting in the queue and saving their valuable time. The App also conveys the estimated waiting time, number of customers ahead and the app enables you to choose the time slot of the session. Customer will be updated about their position in the queue through instant alerts.

Absolutely No, You don't need to pay anything while booking. This app won't charge anything . You can pay once you went to the spot.

QBust App is not supported to my mobile. I need to know Why ?

Sorry for your inconvenience.QBust won't support the version which is below 4.0 in android .

Is there any time restriction to book an appoinment ?

No , There is no time restriction for book an appoinment. You have the option to book at any time you need to attend the appooinment.

If I don't have the mobile with me or my mobile swithed off because of low charge . How can I attend the appointment ?

Yes, You have the option to book an appoinment with any other mobile instead of your and you can attend the appoinments.

If Can't able to attend the booked appointment ? What can I do ?

You have the option to reschedule the appoinment , So you can reschedule it before your appoinment time passes away
